In the case of our Nightingale Triangle project, we visited the properties with the client before they took the decision to purchase this particular plot.

 

With a clear understanding of what the client wanted to do to achieve from the property including indicative costings for the works, a realistic understanding of the timescales and the knowledge that we would build a formidable team around the project, the client was offered the reassurance they needed to proceed with the purchase.

 

Having spent considerable time with our clients we had a deep understanding of what they wanted to achieve for their new home. We introduced them to both an architect and an interior designer that were well placed to help them bring their aspirations for the property to life.

 

Once planning permission was secured, over a period of 18 months we were able to transform a dated 2,300 square meter London terraced property, into a truly unique and utterly luxurious 6,000 square meter family home complete with indoor swimming pool & spa complex and even a magical hidden play den in the eaves of the loft.
