Sudbrook II

We maintain a valuable proprietary database of redevelopment sites and properties in and around London.

 

Our strong relationships within the community mean that we often have access to sites before they go to market. The site for our Sudbrook II re-development was one such example.

 

On our watchlist for a number of years, we approached the homeowners and negotiated a mutually favourable agreement that allowed us to knock down the existing dwelling and secure planning permission between the point of exchange and completion.

 

By securing planning permission for two semi-detached homes of circa 4,000 square feet each, the landowner was able to maximise their land sale, and we were able to de-risk our speedy purchase of the land.

 

With high end luxury fixtures and fittings and joinery including design-led kitchens and bathrooms by the highly covetable Blakes London, we look forward to two new families moving to the Sudbrook properties in the summer of 2023.
